Boil ups

In New Zealand, Zane told me that the islanders have this culinary delight they call 'Boil up' and by the name of it i always imagined they threw random stuff into a giant pot, (coz like Asians, Islanders have those massive families and every gathering involves copious amounts of food in cauldron- like cookware) and just well - boiling it up.

This post will kinda be like that.

Random thoughts on a simmer making sludgey grey stuffamabob in liquid- bubbling boiling bones n all.

hehehe... okay so i haven't written, written in a while now... coz you know... yeah don't pretend you don't know. Coz we all knows what we know, and don't we know it.

Haha sorry i wasted time tonight- just muckin round and watching finally the first Episode of Game of Thrones... and liking the period and all the adventure and mayhem that existed back then. I would have made a mighty fine wench if i do say so myself.

The Saturday night i neglected the bloggering coz i was watching 'It's a Wonderful Life' hehe... lately i've just been looking for something- listening out for something- reading - waiting- for SOMETHING- coz i feel like- i'm missing something.

Hehe, when Van came up to get Tivs this morning, she said something then said 'It's school disco today...' ..... 'did you forget?' Hehehe indeed i did!! At the beginning of the year i was always 10 miles ahead on what was going on with all the kids activities. I was always prepared for the week by Sunday night. I had things written down , twice maybe thrice even just so i wouldn't forget.

I started this project, started relaxing- started forgetting to note down all the dates and doings my children need to be involved in... as the year runs headlong to its ending- i'm trying to play catchup on all the events to come- trying to prep myself for whats in stall. Gahh haha between birthdays and playgroup, childcare, kindy parties... i'm ever aware of the tendency for this last month and a half to meld and melt into one big week and before i know it, i'll be miswriting the year when ever i have to date my signature.

But let us keep calm now, and focus on the funny fun funshines. Once being reminded of the Disco, i sent Tivi away with Van after a quick change of outfit in the afternoon, and attended with Vinnie and the boys in tow.

They ate nothing but sugar, but i have learnt that this is okay once in a while! LOL damn i went to sort through photos and got completely distracted now i have totally lost the will to write.

hehehe i loved watchin them have fun - even tho they screamed all the way home in the car and didn't get to sleep til almost 10!

Other cool things: Zane's 1yr anniversary at Amex is tomorrow. Wow how quick the years go!
We filled out all out Visa forms and just waitin on dads passport before we send them out.

Update on Vietnam plans: We are looking at booking into a cooking lesson! Yay authentic Viet cooking classes haha so we can be proper Viet mums or so dad won't pick at our food and say ' It's nice...........' in the most unconvincing way. Haha...

Sorry to cut it short- but haha wait i'm not sorry at all. Bite me- right here bro *points to the squishy bits* hahaha

HAPPPPPPPPPPPYYYYY BIRTHDAY MARIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII amazing mother of soon to be 4 but more so an amazing person all round, always free and giving with the love and laughter. I miss crazy talks with you dude! hahaha i will catch ya when my carrier monkeys rid themselves of the latest round of plague hahaha...
