Todays installment was nothing impressive, just another average friday in the land of us, this blog will be nothing impressive either. I need to sleep. I mopped, i laundered, i made merry and nourishment with the midget folks for many hours... and i am spent.
Vinnie said i had to write at least something, and what was i grateful for today. I chewed on a pork rib and had a complete mindblank and just ignored her haha... to which she laughed a little awkwardly and said uhh nothing?
Nay, young frauline. Ich bin grateful for many a thing in this good day. Ich is just really tired and seriously incapable of verbalising such thoughts at this time of the nargen.
Haha no one will understand much of that but Vinnie, just coz we did german and i am so good at it only the old school educated german folk would understand me.
Anyhoos, the favourites of today went like so
Tivi said her favourite was at school being asked to take a picture of her favourite part of the school, her favourite part of the school is - The Grass. Excelent choice, thats and excellent choice says mum i am.
Jacies favourite part was 'McQueen Car'. Hehe
Che's was PLAAAAAAAAAY DOH. His exact words were, at playgroup we played play goh Tiv and my favourite part was when i played with play goh. And he grins his happy grin.
No one else was home at dinnertime, which is when we review our best bits of our days.
My favourite parts because there are many, were seeing all the kids at Tivs school, where they all stand and point and say Awwhhhh they're soooo cute, as we do our long distracted walk across the playground. At school the boys are known as Tivianhs brothers, I am Tivianhs Mum and Tivi is Stella Vo's cousin. Stella is Mrs. Vo's daughter and she is a celebrity at Cabramatta West Public.
The kids in Kindy are always a highlight, they are full of news and smiles, and follow me with a million excited words about absolutely everything.
Tivi saw us walk across from playgroup to the toilet during our break and dropped what she was doing with her class and ran across the grass to give me a hug. Haha... she says this was My favourite part of the day. Lol i like that she has decided what my favourite part was.
I loved watching her draw because she loves drawing and she is great at it.
I love naptime with Jacie, because he wraps his arms around my neck when he is really tired and says Lah yoo mum.
And that is my absolute favourite for today, i realised that in between everything... if there is a silence or a quiet moment, one of us will call out a name... and say I lovvvveeee you! And we do it so often i don't even notice.
Even Jacien has learnt this and every now and then he will come up randomly, even to Stella and say I love you Stella. And stella will say Thanks, i love you too Jacie. It makes me laugh, and when i'm not in the room, Stella will come and find me and tell me that Jacien loves her.
And everyday, at least once a day.. Che comes up to me and says YOU'RE AWESOME Mum! haha... and i thank him and say he is awesome too, and he giggles a small giggle and runs away.
I suppose there will be a day when they no longer do or say these things, and i will remind them... and they will roll their eyes and sigh at me. But until those days arrive, i will know I AM AWESOME and I AM LOVED.
haha and love and awesomeness is all one needs.
